Roberto Quaglia has been Counsellor in the Municipality of Genova, Italy, between 1995 and 1997. After having fully tested the nonsense of such a function, he decided not to run again for the following elections, preferring instead to use his life for more meaningful functions, taking care of more important issues. For example, surrealism. Whatever follows is just a fossile remain of one of my past identities. |
